Return Policy 


We at Skechers are legally obligated to ensure that the goods we deliver comply with your purchase contract with us. We also guarantee 100% satisfaction with the purchase of any Skechers product. If for any reason you were not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer you various return options.

  • · With proof of purchase, you can return unworn items within forty-five (45) days of receiving the items. For unworn items with original proof of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay for the item.
  • · For unworn items without original proof of purchase, a store credit will be issued.

The return policy does not affect your statutory rights. In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal and any warranty claims remain unaffected.

How do I return an item?

Here's how to initiate the return:

Go to our Web Shop under Orders & Returns and enter your order number and email address. You can find the order number in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

Skechers Plus members can alternatively log in to her account  under Login and select the relevant order.

In the window that opens, select all the items you wish to return to us → please enter the reason for your return according to the return key → confirm your entry → now print out the return label that opens.

Seal the parcel with parcel tape → Stick the previously printed return label on the outside of the parcel → Then contact UPS to arrange collection of your parcel. Alternatively, you can also drop off your parcel at a UPS Access Point near you. You can find more information about the UPS Access Points at www.ups.de UPS parcel delivery number +49 (0) 1806 - 882 663 (20 cents/call from a German landline; mobile network maximum 60 cents/call ).

Please note that goods purchased via SKECHERS.de cannot be returned to a SKECHERS store.
